Need Help Identifying This

Can you please help me identify this problem. I'm located in the DFW area. Tomato varieties are Celebrity and Solar Fire. The problem is ocurring on the bottom half of all plants and seems to start at the bottom and work it's way up, encircling the entire plant, not one side. I have a few spider mites, but they are under control.
