Fusarium prevention?

Is it even possible?? I do really seen to have a touch of it going on (yes, even in the thinned out plants). Is it possible to kill fusarium before it infects any more plants? Is there something I can treat the beds with over the off season? The soil we used in the raised beds was supposed to be heat sterilized (yes, they cooked it), but we still have problems. Did they just not kill everything, or could it have been transfered from something else? I'm thinking of building more beds, but if even the heat treated soil still has problems, I may not shell out the extra cash and just try out the dirt my back yard came with.

TIA
