wilt diseases, worse in heat?

Do the wilt diseases tend to look worse on warmer days? My Cosmonaut Volkov Red has been wilting for a while now. It started at the base, with the leaves yellowing (uneven spots), I cut them off (this works well when using denial). But I've noticed that on warmer days ( 80's) the plant wilt much more than when it cools off in the evening and the fog comes in.

Is this typical.

Is this typical.

Yes, b'c almost all of the systemic diseases that cause wilt have damage to the vascular system of the plant and on hot days the plants lose a lot of water by transpiration which them can't be replaced quickly enough.

It happens with normal plants as well, but is worse with plants already infected.
