Disease, overwatering or lack of nutrition?

Hello all,

I'm touching all the bases because I cannot figure out what is happening to the leaves of a couple plants. We have had alot of rain so I'm considering the possibility of overwatering and leeching out of nutrients in the soil. Only trouble is - I've tried letting the ground dry out a bit and then lightly fertilizing with no improvement. The symptoms do not appear to be EB as I've seen in the past...the leaves are turning a sickly yellow, with the veins staying green, and then the outer edges of the leaves begin dying and turning brown. No discernible spotting as with some diseases. Any and all opinions are welcome! Thanks in advance. Teresa

Sorry - the picture I tried to attach did not work. I'll try again.

Here is a link that might be useful: yellow leaves

Looks like a magnesium deficiency to me.

Pepper Joe uses a foliar spray of epsom salts and water in a spray bottle.

Half a quart bottle water (1pint, 2 cups, whatever) and 2 Tbsp epsom salts. It is for peppers but since they and tomatoes are related and epsom salts is a source of magnesium, give it a whirl.
