Pepper Plants

I Planted 4 Green Pepper Plants, I started them inside and transplanted them outside when they were about 5" tall about 2-3 weeks ago. They havn't grown to much since then in fact 1 started schriveling aweek ago then another and now I'm getting holes in the leaves or half the leave has been eaten by something I havn't senn what doing it yet I water every other day twice a day for 30 min.I'll try to attach some pictures.I started the garden about 5 weeks ago along with the pepper plants I planted Zucchini thats starting to produce fruit, cucumbers, lots of flowers but no fruit and Cherry tomatoes growing great flowers but no fruit yet,Celebrity's not as good as the Cherry but doing the same and Beefsteak's which are growing slow and the lower keaves are schriveling and curling.I mixed the soil with peat and a 10-10-10 fert.since this my first gsrden I've got alot to learn andthanks for any HELP!!!
