And, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking about your tomatoes?

You mentioned slow growth (with both the green peppers and the beefsteaks), which can sometimes be caused by overwatering.

A good general tip is to water less, and mulch more. I noticed in the picture of the green pepper that there was no mulch. I'd suggest you pick up a bale of wheat straw and mulch your tomatoes and peppers at least a couple of inches thick. The mulching also reduces splashback of fungal spores.

I water every other day twice a day for 30 min.

What are you using to water? A hose, drip system, soaker hose, sprinkler system?
