So I think this is late blight - can anyone confirm?

So I think I finally got hit with late blight. My Cherokee Purples are FINALLY ripening but this plant hasn't been looking to great for a little while now. I was hoping to get more fruit to grow/ripen, but I think it's time to pull this plant and see if I can get some of the green toms to ripen indoors :( I was hoping I could get a second opinion thought before I do the deed... I have looked up signs/symptoms, but honestly, most of leaf diseases look the same to me?!? Thanks in advance to anyone who would like to give me their two cents!

PS Couldn't get the pic to load, but was able to link an album.

Here is a link that might be useful: more pictures of tom plant

hard to say, I dont see any tell tell black lesions on the stems. I think it just may be some late season decline. Leave em and see if you cant get a few more nice maters before frost.
