What's happening to my heirlooms?

Hello,

I live in zone 5. My tomato plants are still very healthy but since early September they have been getting very little sun, maybe a couple of hours. The toms have been doing fine but lately something is going on. The Striped German tomatoes developed some kind of disease? Is it because of the shade?

You can see pictures here: Sick heirlooms

These plants never received more than 5 hours of sun per day and I harvested the first ripe tomato in late August. Half of the tomatoes are still green and night temps are falling into the upper 30s.

Is this damage caused by cold temps? Is it because the fruit has been on the plants too long?

Thanks.

EC
