What's wrong with my Marion tomatoes?

I have a single Marion tomato plant that's not looking very well (see the picture).

It's in clay-y soil, mixed with several inches of pure manure and topsoil, then topped with some thin mulch. I water every morning and usually the afternoon as well, since I thought it was wilting from too little water.

Any ideas?

Joe too much water has almost the same as too little water.

It is best to only water every few days and let the plant have some time. Too much water will soak and the soil and not provide enough oxygen to the roots
