Inside Tomato Worm

One of my Oregon Spring tomatoes has dropped from the vine. I cut it open and found a large bored out area containing a small green worm (see photo). Another tomato has a small hole on the side, from which an ant emerged, and a dark bruise on the skin (suggesting it may have the same problem as the photographed tomato). Any advice on what this pest is, whether it's related to the ants, and how to control it will be much appreciated. Thanks!
