Perhaps weed killer damage? Any used *anywhere* in the vicinity?

No none used anywhere. I am clueless. I heard something similar a disease carried by whiteflies? Anyone familiar?

It looks just what I get.Has been for last 3 years. always at all new growth top of plant.leaves are wrinkled, bumpy. shades of green/yellow. Growth at mid plant, down looks normal. Does set some fruit, but troubled with drop of blossem's though.This year put in raised box bed aprox 12 inces deep all new potting soil. same results as other years. Help!

I'm new at this but try a web search for "interveinal chlorosis".

Have you checked your soil's pH? If the pH is close to 7 or higher then you need to lower it.

I've seen iron, manganese or zinc deficiency noted for interveinal chlorosis in newer/younger leaves.
