Black spots on leaves - septoria?

Hi,
It's been a rough gardening season so far. Very, very wet. My peppers all died but I have this one tomato plant left. It's bottom leaves have black spots underneath them and they are dying. I've been doing some research and I am wondering if it is septoria leaf spot?
I have a fungicide which I will apply. Is this plant doomed?

Hmm, I'm thinking they got hit with bacterial leaf spot just like my peppers. They probably are doomed. :( I can stop the spread of the fungicide but I can't get rid of it. I am impressed though that this was a tomato designed for "patio"s and it has hung in there while all my other plants died immediately.
