Help to identify problem.

Hello, I have some small tomato plants I started from seeds planted in my earthboxes in my shade house located in my back yard.
The plants are small yet, and today I removed some leaves, from different plants, with some signs of something going on.
Can someone let me know what type of disease or problem is this?
