Overwintering 1st boxwood in containers

I want to try my hand at topiary with boxwood in containers. Looking down the line - does anyone know how I should overwinter them? My containers are unpainted clay urns. The summer location on my porch gets a lot of wind in the winter so I don't think that would be the best place to leave them. I have them on rolling stands so can move them. Also, what are the watering requirements? THanks!

I am move mine into one of our outbuildings that gets some sunlight through a window. I go out and water them once a month or so. I have had mine for about 5 years now and this has been successful.
