Topiary Turning Brown

Help! Can my topiary be saved or revived? This was planted about 3 months ago (about the beginning of May). I have watered it regularly for the first few weeks of planting. Everything seemed fine until very recently it turned brown. Any ideas of what I can do? Many thanks!

Also there seems to some kind of moss on the trunk that has always been there - it's probably normal but I took a picture anyway.

I am in desperate need of the same assistance! My Spiral Junipers are turning brown also and I don't know why. Mine are about a year old though. My Mom said they like very acidic soil and to pour half a can of coffee grounds on each so that it would soak down when watered. Seems to be helping but I'm not sure if this is any kind of solution. Not sure if I should cut off brown parts or not because then it will be shaped really weird. I thought I may have had some spider mites so I sprayed them down. Could that be causing the brown?

Anyway i know this doesn't help you friend but I assumed the same person could help us both. Will be checking back!

It appears your topiary dried out. Toss it.
