Sick spiral juniper

I have a very sick spiral juniper and I don't know what to do for it. This is what happened: 1) Had a lot of dry weather and only watered it maybe every other day. 2) Pest control guy came and sprayed (no other plants or shrubs got sick just this one). The juniper has turned completely brown in just a few days. I've given in shrub food and watered it twice a day plus its been overcast and rainey recently. Its still all brown and I don't know what to do?

This isn't a topiary question, but a juniper disease question. You need to check with the tree forum. I don't really know what happened but when plant is stressed, it is important not to feed it with any fertilizers.

I did some searches on google (wonderful search tool) and came across this site.

Is it possible that your plant was wrongly located and now became diseased by some form of fungus?
