 o
living arch

I will be planting 2 skyrocket junipers about 8 feet apart and forming them into a living arch. I need to use a single arch to shape them to. Does anyone have any ideas where I can get such a thing? It would need to be about 7 feet tall above ground. I have thought about bending rebar, do I need special tools? I would also be fine with buying a single arch (one single bar of metal made into a hoop, not a monet style arch, the support will be covered by the junipers). any ideas?

thanks, harriet

RE: living arch

Hi,

The way it is suggested in my Topiary book is to just bend them so they touch and then tie them together to form your arch.

Hope this helps.
