Anyone prune a Bay Laurel into a Topiary?

| Jeeze! There is a lot of spam in this thread! Anyway, I have a Bay Laurel about the size of a small bush. I am hoping to dry the leaves I prune off and use them in recipes. I'd like to keep the thing from growing into a giant tree. Any suggestions for this? |
