euonymus topiaries

I live in zone five and have noticed in a town near by that there seems to be some kind of solid green euonymus that is commonly being used for topiary. I not sure that is what it is but thats what it looks like to me. Is anyone familar with a solid green euonymus that grows a little faster, is a little larger, is hardy to zone 5, and is commonly used for topiary?
