Decks in great shape is it the one that came with the tractor.nice tractor Toro/wheel horse knows how to build them.

The deck is original, but has been patched; a layer of 1/8 steel across the top. Whoever did it knew what they were doing, IMHO.

It's a 1962 model 702. I'm thinking of making a home-made Johnny bucket for it. The mower works well. I painted the rig since the first post.

I have a 1962 wheel horse model 502 with the 32 inch mower and need some help getting the mower idler arm and pulley linkage to work. the linkage is blocked by the engine to trans belt cover so that i can NOT send power from the engine to the mower deck.

Looking good! It looks a whole lot like my 1966 856.
You can see how the model evolved from 62 to 66. Most everything seems very similar especially the foot accuated PTO for the deck Theres pics of mine over on the other thread title ressurection of my old Wheel Horse.

I'm working on a fromnt bucket assembly also. Theres some modifications you'll need to do and I'm listing them as I go along on that same thread.

I'll post soem pics over here too.
