one problme with the tractor is that you have to make sure you idle it down when shutting it off..let it idle for a few seconds..as far as the seat switch,its also possible that its not the switch, you maybe letting all the oil float to the other side of the engine..if you are slanting the tractor..be very careful in doing that, as if you blow the engine, the warranty will not cover it...the switch can be bypassed, but i cant tell you how to do it, as if somthing happens and you are injured i could be held liable..
