Belt replacement

Hi,

I have a 15 yr old Murray 10 HP, 30" tractor w/ a broken drive belt. I dropped the deck & was easily able to get the broken belt off. BUT, how in the heck do I get at the pulleys to replace the broken belt? I could drop the differential I think, but the bolts are pretty stuck....

I tried to remove the deck pulley, can't get the bolt undone & am afraid to strip it. Any ideas ???? All help will be greatly appreciated
