going to visit Ogden, Utah

I am going to Ogden Utah next week on a business trip. While there I would like to visit any great garden centers, garden/gift shops, local nature craft stores, anything gardening. Can anyone tell me where an obsessed gardener can go in the middle of winter in the Ogden or Salt Lake City area??

Thanks
Kathleen in Slidell, LA

It's probably too late to help you, but Country Living Gardener had a story called Divine Design in the April(?) issue about the 10 acre bulb garden which is part of a 35 acre garden in Salt Lake City at the Morman Temple. It looked lovely. I hope you get to see it. It is right in downtown Salt Lake City.

Well two years later! Utah is becoming well known for its spring bulbd gardens! There are three places of which are very standoutish! I wont say at which of the TWO I have worked at! He He Hee!

LDS Temple Square, SLC Utah
Thanksgiving Point, Lehi Utah
Tahitian Noni International, Provo Utah

It is amazing to see the desert in bloom! Especially when tulips are involved!
