when i went to france i saw the most wonderful cypress type trees for sale, they were a lime green.

do any of you know what policy is on bringing plants to the U.S. from France?

I think you have to check with the USDA to get a certificate. At the bottom of their page is a "Contact Us" link to another set of links. You'll have to do a little snooping around to find the right contact.
