| At work everyone is talking about the beautiful Homestead resort, i want to go!
likewise, i was wondering, are there any gardens near the resort that could make the experience just that much better? what are your recommendations? |

| Not a whole lot around that neck of our woods. If you don't mind a little drive, Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke has a very nice garden, and of course, Thomas Jefferson's Monticello in Charlottesville is a lovely and fascinating place. You just have to drive a bit, and we have had such a severe drought lately that the plants may not be at their best. Perhaps you should consider a visit in the spring? |
