I live just west of Indy...so I sympathize with your challenges in bringing the tropics to our area. We added on a sunrooom this fall, which is now full of bananas, passiflora, hoyas and the like. There is a great tropical plant shop in St. Pete, just across the Treasure Island bridge. Jene's Tropicals. I found them on the web, and had to go visit when we were there a few weeks ago.
