Storing Outside Under a Tarp

| Having purchased a new tractor, my trust GT6000 has had to move out of its place in the shed. I plan on using the tractor for a few more years and so I put a tarp over the machine. The size I have doesn't cover everything, so rain/snow can get on top of the mower deck where it sticks out beyond the "floor boards". That's the only part I have some concerns about, mostly the mower belts. The two outside mandrels have solid covers that will keep most of the rain off of them and the belts.
Any advise on how much cover is enough? |
