Hi,
I have some of these seeds, and I want to sprout them. Are there any special instructions? Or do I just poke em in da dirt? Also, I think the name for this plant is Firmiana simplex. Is this accurate? Do they like boggy conditions, regular garden conditions, or dry conditions? Thanks for any info! |

| They are very easy to grow from seed. Just plant them in the ground or in pots in potting soil about 1/2 inch deep and keep them warm and moist. Give them a deep pot as they form a long tap root. I seem to recall they took a month or two to germinate but otherwise were very easy. The seedlings have very large, very tropical-looking leaves. |
