Tropical garden in Arlington, VA

A year or so ago I saw some amazing photos of a garden in Arlington, VA that was lush with tropical plants grown in the ground! I can't find the pictures any more (I can't remember which forum it was on) and I wanted to send a message to the person who posted it saying that I have a big poinciana that's looking for a good home. I live in Arlington and would love to give it to someone who would take care of it.

If you know who posted those pics, please have him/her contact me!

Ginny

Ginny, I think this is probably the one you were looking for--I originally posted this but I am not the owner of this garden.

Yes, that's what I was looking for. Would you ask the person who owns that garden if she or he would like to have a poinciana? It's about 6' tall right now.

Thanks! Ginny

I lvie is South Carolina, I want to do a tropical garden in my back yard and can use some good advise in starting one. Does anyone have some good ideas for this area, summers here are very humid.
