Where did you get yours from? I also live in NZ and have been looking for one of these and would appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction?
In our hemisphere, it might as well be called ficus dammitcan'tfindit. It is sold more commonly in Australia, if you can acquire it from a nursery there. One guy in the US offered to sell it to me for about $140 US, which I can't really afford when I end up killing half my plants by experimentation each year. The whole high elevation New Guinea climate shoud do well for the North Island and upper parts of the South. Or as your reversed maps show the lower parts facing north. I lived with 2 Kiwis for a while last year. Your language actually resembles the English language somewhat, just kidding.
