Help ID A Palm Tree

We live just a few miles from Nashville Tn. A house down the street has four palm trees that seem to grow together from the same rootball. They stay green all year. They are the second owners of the house and they do not know what it is. Anybody have an idea? We want one bad.

A photo would help a lot. Could possibly be a needle palm.
