Can anyone help me identify this plant?

I acquired it from a friend a few years ago and I have no idea as to what it is. It's currently got a bunch of large leaves and a single tendril sticking straight up about 2 feet into the air. Here's a photo:

Thanks!

It is an epiphyllum. There are many different varieties and they are widely discussed in the Cacti & Succulents Forum. Note that they are often called an "epi" for short.
