I have a plant with no idea how to identify it.

It is in a 7" pot one plant. It has spikey stiff pokey leaf like things that come out from a central growth.

The feel of the "leaves" which are curved and thinner then a pencil feel like a Sago palm. But unlike a palm it does not seem to have branches just these wirey like cuved leaf things coming from a central growth. kind of the way a yucca grows.

Does anyone have any idea where I can start searching.

I also have a sedum, I think, it grows like a hen & chick, but it is juicier.

Any ideas..

You may want to post a picture of it on this site. There are a lot of knowledgeable people that just might make your search for its identity a lot easier for you. Good Luck

I know a picture is worth a 1000 words, but I did not have a pic and I was hoping from my description someone would know.
It is not a new plant or anything. I just was hoping someone could send me in the right search direction.

I generally grow perennials for Zone 5 but enjoy tropicals too, lately I have gotten into more succlent. I like to know a plants botanical name. I remember those much better.

I figured that there were a lot of knowledgeable people out here and from my description.... ahhhh. I'll get my camera out and figure out how to do that.
