HAVE: Breadfruit, seeded

Posted by cocomo z10 / PR (My Page) on

I have about 4 seeds of bread fruit, the seeded variety. In this variety, the seeds themselves are the edible part they can be cooked and eaten like chesnuts.

The seeds are large about the size of a walnut. This is a very tropical tree so only people in southern florida may be able to grow it successfully. Would like to trade for other tropical fruit or tropical ornamental seeds.

Please check my list or make an offer. These need to be planted soon.

Hi Chris:

Welcome to Garden Web! Just by chance, yesterday I got some more seeds of this bread fruit. However It is not customary to call anyone by phone. All trading at Garden Web is set up by e-mail. Please fix your "preferences" so that people are able to contact you by e-mail. I'll wait for your e-mail. By the way, what seeds do you have to trade?
