I aquired what looks like a Corn Plant. The leaves are a lighter green with the central part of the leaf stem an orange color. It was only marked as a tropical plant marker so I am not sure exactly what it is. The plant has been experiencing leaf tip browning and I would like to know what the plant is so I can take steps to bringing it back to proper health. I have tried to post a picture but have had no success with the upload.

Please help if you can.
