According to the Agri-Starts website the name Excalibur is just another form of Colocasia esculenta. Agri-Starts is one of the larger tissue culture companies mass producing this plant. There are well over 100 forms of this plant with many variations that don't look alike. If the plant is fully grown you will likely see an inflorescence in the spring but I've had plants go for years without producing a single inflorescence. This link may help.
I failed to add a link where aroid expert Julius Boos explains how these and other aroid species can be pollinated naturally as well as by hand. We grow several variations of this plant and if we see an inflorescence it is normally in the spring although I've seen Colocasia esculenta produce inflorescences in later summer.
