plastic bag germination for pitaya

Hello,

I was wondering if the plastic bag germination method will work for starting a pitaya (dragon fruit) seed. I realize that pitaya is a kind of cactus so I wasn't sure if this would be a good way to start the seed.

I don't think it's necessary. I just sprinkle the seeds on lightly moistened potting mix and press them in. I don't cover them or do anything special. They germinate easily.
