Solanum wrightii ..... Solanum macrantum

First question:
Is this the same plant?
Now more questions:
Can I grow this plant like a Brugmansia?
Does it need a dormant/quiescent period, with cool temps. and reduced watering, or, can it grow year round in warm temps.
Fertilizers? growing-mediums? general culture suggestions, please.
I cannot find any cultural details for this plant on web-sites. I want to grow this plant, in a large container, as a "patio-tree", outside in warm weather, inside, in full sun, for the cooler months, next to sliding-glass doors-southern exposure. Coolest winter temps. in house will be 60 degrees at night.
Will this work? I need some "technical support" from the experienced growers. One more thing....does this plant attract white-flies, aphids, spider mites?
Thanks for the help.
