| I have one that's been in a large planter for about 3 years now, and I'm wondering what would happen if I put it in the ground for the summer. I have a bed devoted to things that that must be lifted and overwintered indoors, but I wonder if this would be too much root disturbance for a Strelitzia reginae.
Any advice? |

| No, I meant to put it directly in the ground. |

| Just in case anyone comes along with this same question, some research has convinced me not to do this. It seems this plant flowers better when root-bound. |
