| Not certain which way round you want to transport the plants, from the US or to the US...either way you really need to contact the countries own agency that you are bringing the plants INTO to make sure you are OK with what you are doing. Best to contact the authorities direct or do an online search for the countries particular environmental agency...each country has its own regs and I'm only familiar with those of the UK...depends on what plants you want to bring into a country, and from where (at least with the UK), some allowed in freely, some need phytosanitary certifs, some banned outright...also whether they are plants, seeds, bare root, dormant, in leaf etc etc etc. Lots of variables, lots of rules and regs and big fines for non compliance.
