Mexican oleander

I have some seeds and was looking for help on germination...They look like to have a husk around them..Unless this is the seed...They are the size of a dime..Any help greatly appreciated..Barb

Do you have Thevetia peruviana or Asclepias curassavica?

Based on your description of the seed, I would guess Thevetia peruviana.

I'm attaching a link to the only info I could find on propagation from seed. There's not much.
