Can anyone ID mystery tree-pics

I got this tree from a friend who mentioned it was propagated from seeds brought from India. It was supposed to be a pomagranate tree but the flowers don't look like it. The tree however does look like a pomagranate tree, small oblong leaves w/ thorns at base of each leaf cluster. Does anyone know what this might be. I'm not sure how to post multiple photos but I will try to post at lease one below.
Thanks

It looks like a Pyracantha sp., but not sure which, maybe P. rogersiana. I think there are 1 or 2 of the species native to the Indian Himalaya, though most are Chinese. They are not considered tropical plants.

Wanted to update on this. This morning I found out what this plant is. It's a Holly. I'm sad about this because I traded my passiflora for it. Oh well. I guess it was an honest mistake. It really does look like a pomagranat when it's not in bloom.
Thanks

I think it is much more likely that it is a Pyracantha. It looks nothing like any Holly I have ever seen.

It may be a yaupon holly, Ilex vomitoria.

Cannot be Ilex vomitoria, or any Ilex sp. for that matter. You can clearly see, near top of pic, that flowers are in corymbs terminating lateral shoots. As far as I know they are in axillary clusters in all Ilex spp. Believe bahia and me, it's a Pyracantha!
