I posted this to the Ginger forum, but that forum seems to have gone dormant, so thought I'd post over here, too. This is a hedychium I've had for two years and it's never seemed too happy, but this winter it did bud for me and FINALLY opened up this week.
I'm going to have to look it up....I can't detect any fragrance, but it sure is nice to look at this early in the spring. Most of my tropicals have to wait unti August to get going!
