| its a staple food in many tropical countries, asian and west indian. its ultra tropical, im growing one and have to protect it below 40 degrees. there are seeded varieties sometimes called breadnut. it tastes like a green vegetable, almost like a spinach when cooked. the seeds are starchy like potato when boiled |
