I was given a start of a neighbors plant in my old neighborhood. I was not sure of the name of the plant he gave me but im guessing dracaena arborea?? Can anyone identify this for me and tell me what it could possibly be? Also i see little plants coming off the base of it, is this part of this plant or are they little weeds growing in my planter? Dirt seems kinda stickey suddenly and i see very tiny little webbing on the surface of the dirt, is this harmful?
