Hello - I'm actually a tropicalesque gardener from Indiana. Does anyone have advice on progagating caesalpinia pulcherrima from cuttings? I have a 10-year old plant that I cut back every spring, but haven't had luck with rooting anything yet. Does anyone know the time of year/temperature to root these, or another suggestion for vegetative propagation? Thanks for any input you may have. I'm attaching a picture of this spectacular patio plant from last summer. Such a great plant...sulks all winter and blooms just a few weeks after being set outside.
