Buy Sugar Cane online?

So, I recently moved from zone 5b Colorado to zone 6 NY, but of course, neither are high enough to grow sugar cane. Therefore, just for fun, I want to try this in a large container. Does anyone have recommendations on where to purchase sugar cane plants online from a reputable seller? I really dont want to go the eBay route and one company RealFlora has several, but their are a coop that buys from several vendors and you really dont know who or what you are getting. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

There's a number of different varieties of sugar cane, black stemmed, very thin, very thick, but they're very easy to grow and propagate. It wouldn't really matter what you got, as long as it isn't dead. Propagation is by stem cuttings. As long as there's a few nodes along the stem it'll be okay. They can be put in water or else damp soil. They can grow quite tall and they prefer direct hot sun.
