Delonix regia seeds - problem with germination

Kratus

Hi!

I've bought some Delonix regia seeds from ebay, and I read out that it is quite easy to germinate this tree. I have used two methods that I've found:

- I scarified the shell of the seed using a nail clipper, just to let the seed exposed. After this, I let in water for 24h and they started to peel, then I sowed.

- Second method, using other seeds was to boil water and put the seeds in the warm water. However they didn't peel so I scarified them also.

It's been more then a week and they aren't germinating. What should I do to have sucess?

Thanks.
