Hi
Have grown both black and white varieties but were full grown plants when I got them. They like rather dense shade as well as a lot of water but would keep it rather dry until you get good growth. Was never able to use them as garden plants due to cold sensitivity so grew them in pots in the GH. Lost them all last year due to the cold .
