I have never seen a thread on these superb climbers,maybe there has been one, but I thought I would start another anyway.

Although a lot of tropical gardeners consider them weeds, let me say I absolutely love them. They are extremely easy to grow from seed and there are a host of different varieties. I found a particularly beautiful one with large sky blue flowers (caerulea) growing in a hedge. I took a couple of seed heads and now have about 50 morning glories growing in a seed tray! All I have to do now is think of somewhere to plant them. Almost certainly I will return some to nature.
