Unfortunately some "settling in" is almost inevitable with store-bought plants, as you may know the conditions in which they have been raised/transported or stocked before you buy them.
In many cases, they come from wholesalers grown at the peak of perfection for sale, full of buds, and nurtured within an inch with fertilizers and perfect light/temp conditions.
I would say, that yours may be a little overwatered - the dish they are sitting in will save water dripping onto tables/floor, but it means the plant is sitting IN water. Even if you drain the plate, it traps the water in the soil.
Please check underneath the pot that there are adequate drainage holes, to start with.
Assuming that is OK, I would raise the pot up above the soil, so when you water the plant it can freely drain through. Anything will do really - as long as it's reasonably level and stable - a few flat stones, soft drink bottle tops etc on the plate.
Don't water the plant from above if you have it sitting in sun (I see some leaves are wet) - that will cause that bleaching of the flowers.
Give it adequate light, gradually increasing it. I would allow it to settle a bit and then set up a fertilizing regime. It may have already had a good dose of slow-release when it was potted, check the surface or just under the surface to see if you can see those beads. Otherwise, a little often is better than a lot, esp with soluble fertilizer because it just runs through.
They tend to flower from new growth so if there are no new buds forming, that may be all you will get for a while.
